The accommodation is set over two floors. The ground floor is open plan with oak beams and comprises a living room and dining area, fully fitted and well equipped kitchen, plus a shower room/w.c.. The first floor has three bedrooms and a family bathroom. The bed rooms can be arranged to suit most requirements.

The cottage offers cots, high chairs, stair gates as standard and has its own secure garden with patio furniture, garden seating/loungers and ample parking.

Guests have shared use of the owners large garden with children's play area, games and above-ground swimming pool.
