"Penaflor"Guest House/Chambre D'hotes, is situated in a small Hamlet, within walking distance of the Village of Courlay, in the sunny Deux Sevres, the second sunniest department in France.
Our B&B/ Guest House, is a renovated Farm house, parts of the house date back 500 years approximately. The renovation has been done to a very high standard, retaining many of the original features, yet having the modern conviences necessary for modern day living.
All the rooms in our Guest house/ chambre d'hote, are en suite,and decorated beautifully. There is a spacious sitting room, where you can relax, get out of the sun for a while, catch up on the news, or read a book. There is also WiFI connection .
There is a spacious garden with a large splash pool, plenty of sun loungers, and pool towels available for your use.
There are wonderful walks close by, for the more energetic visitors, and bicycles are available for those wishing to venture further afield.
