Pensilver is a one or two bedroom ground floor apartment, which is part of Penrose B&B an AA 4 star rated establishment, and can sleep 2/5 people. It can be self-catering or B&B accommodation.
The first bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, 2 armchairs, the TV has the full Sky package plus there is a DVD/CD player. French windows open onto a patio.
A fully equipped kitchen also includes double oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, iron, ironing board, table and two chairs (more chairs can be provided).
The bathroom has a bath with electric shower over, sink, toilet and bidet. Towels are also provided in the price.
As a 2 bedroom apartment, there are interconnecting doors from the first bedroom to another large bedroom with a double bed, single bed, wardrobe, dressing table, chest of drawers, tv, dvd/CD player and a 2-seater sofa in the bay window. There is an ensuite, with a shower, toilet and sink. Linen is provided along with the duvet and pillows.
Each bedroom also is provided with hairdryer, toiletries, extensive beverage tray and bottled mineral water
The garden is for all to share and a bbq is available. Parking is for one car only.
Electric is also included in the price. We also have an online booking service on our website.
There are lots of amenities close by, including local pubs, restaurants & takeaways. Coastal walks, cycling, golf courses, gardens, fishing, sailing and of course The Eden Project. The local beach is a 10-minute drive away and the north west coast is only 40 minutes. Lostwithiel is well placed to explore the whole of Cornwall.
Lostwithiel itself has many antique shops, teashops, restaurants, pubs, church, golf course, castle, river, parks, boats, museum and train station.
