Eden Project 6 miles, Polmena House B&B, Lostwithiel is a private home offering spacious en suite Bed and Breakfast accommodation in an idyllic, peaceful setting – 2.5 acres of landscaped gardens and pasture, hidden away along a quiet Cornish lane. Comfortable accommodation in a relaxed atmosphere with stunning valley views. Ideally situated for North and South coast beaches and all major tourist attractions.
Our B&B Facilities
Both guest rooms have full ensuite facilities with bath and separate walk-in shower, and enjoy stunning views of the River Fowey Valley. The Balcony Suite is an exceptionally large room with its own lounge area and balcony with wonderful views of the River Fowey. The superking bed can be made into either a comfortable double or twin and can also be made into a family room with an extra Z-bed. The Paddock Room is a good sized double room also with lovely views of Lostwithiel town a mile in the distance. Full English breakfast is served in the family dining room using local Cornish produce. Special diets provided on request.
Strictly non smoking - Children over 10 welcome. Unfortunately we do not take pets as we have a dog of our own.

Our Location in Cornwall
Our B&B is in an ideal location for exploring Cornwall and the South-West of England. Close to Lostwithiel and the pretty creekside village of Lerryn, there are many wonderful attractions and things to do nearby. The Eden Project is only 6 miles away, and the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the National Trust Lanhydrock House & Gardens are all within easy reach. Fowey Town & Harbour are close by. The sandy beaches on the south coast of Lantic Bay and Lansallos are about 20 minutes drive with Polkerris beach just 4 miles. There are also two 18 hole golf courses, Lostwithiel Golf & Country Club and Lanhydrock Golf Club close by.
