Poppinghole Farm is ideally situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty at the heart of Sussex countryside. It is close to many historic towns, castles and buildings, seaside resorts and glorious gardens. With London within easy reach we ideally situated for your visit to the London 2012 Olympics, you can book your stay with us for this period now.
Our traditional Sussex-style, luxury cottages, accommodate up to 6 visitors, we have 4 cottages to choose from. All have en suite bathrooms, open plan lounge and kitchen providing light and airy accommodation. The cottages have fully equipped handmade oak kitchens, including microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. All furnishings are of excellent standard and additional features include oak beams, log burning stove and high quality bathroom fittings. They also have dvd player, IPod docking station with digital radio, Freesat televisions and access to Broadband on the complex. Facilities include an indoor swimming pool, plunge pool, Jacuzzi, pamper room and courtyard. These superb facilities mean you will enjoy a stay anytime of the year.

Facilities onsite include an indoor swimming pool, plunge pool, Jacuzzi, pamper room and courtyard. The outside terrace in the pool complex is the ideal sun spot to relax and take in the atmosphere of the location.
Having recently launched our new Elemis Spa Treatments in our pamper room, we can ensure you feel relaxed and unwind with us in our tranquil setting. These superb facilities mean you will enjoy a stay anytime of the year.

Equestrian Facilities
Poppinghole Farm work and care for a wealth of horses including home bred sports horses and race horses. Our first class facilities include a sand school, show jumps, horse walker, wash and dry areas and secure tack rooms. You may bring your horse on holiday and experience the excellent local hacking in the beautiful Sussex countryside. You may also use the sand school and show jumos are available. Training clinics with highly recognised trainers in all disciplines including dressage, long reining and showjumping, can be arranged on site.
