If a luxury, high end B&B is what you are looking for, then this is it. Preston House is perfectly located just a couple of miles from the A1 and yet delightfully rural.
Lovely entrance hall with Victorian tiled floor and open fire, elegant drawing-room and dining-room, four large bedrooms with either twin or superking size beds three of which have en-suite bathrooms and one with an en-suite shower room. The property also lends itself to group or whole family stays and can sleep 8.
Opposite the house there is a medieval Tower which is open year round. Spot Red Squirrel in the immediate vicinity of the house and during 2012 our guests have enjoyed watching red squirrels collecting nuts from the dining room window sills so camera's are at must at breakfast time!
