This comfortable holiday home is an ideal base for exploring the area, being in a convenient location for access to many local amenities, sporting activities, beauty spots and entertainment venues.
The house can accommodate 8 people, so is perfect for holidaying with friends as well as family, and has been furnished to be adaptable to a wide variety of holiday requirements, with the comfort and convenience of the occupants in mind.
The cosy living room is equipped with tv, dvd player and CD/radio, and also has a wood burning stove which gives a warm glow on cold winter nights. The kitchen and dining room contain everything required for catering at home, but if you prefer to eat out there are many excellent restaurants, cafés and bars in Aviemore, which is a 5 minute drive or 20 minutes walk away. The garden has a patio which is accessed through French doors from the Dining Room, good for outdoor dining and barbecues in the summer. Bedrooms come complete with all bed linen and towels, and there is extra if required. There is an en suite shower room connected to the Master Bathroom, and a larger family bathroom. There is also an extra shower room on the ground floor. There are many interesting and fun activities to experience around the area.
There are leaflets about many of these in the house. For sporty people there are Snow Sports at Cairngorm and Quad bike treks, water sports, pony trekking. For the less energetic there is the rspb nature Reserve.
