Welcome to Ravensprings a Special Experience for those Special Celebrations, Holidays and Get togethers.

Ravensprings is a gorgeous, Victorian Mansion House built for the Mayor of Brighouse in 1894 and offers a unique experience for our visitors.  The comfortable accommodation easily sleeps 18 guests + Cot in 7 bedrooms, including one downstairs with a shower en suite, the House offers a Unique experience for large Self-Catering Groups of all ages. Enjoying a Tranquil residential location with the convenience and easy access to both the bright lights of Leeds City Centre yet only a 15mins drive from the stunning scenery of the Yorkshire Moors and Derbyshire Dales. The Variety of activities and amusments on offer makes Ravensprings an excellent location for holidays or weekends away. The House is a favourite for mixed ages family holidays, Group celebrations, sophisticated Hen weekends and reunions. There are lots of nearby excellent country gastro pubs as well as the Theatres, galleries and Restaurants. Ravensprings is also a favourite with walking and outdoor activity groups who prefer returning to a little luxury after an energetic day out and there are numerous local sports and activities.

Just 2 miles from the M62 and 12 minutes from the M1 with excellent transport links both nationally and Internationally via Leeds/Bradford and Manchester Airports the easy access means that the house is ideal for visitors from abroad.

Ground Floor :

A Wide Period Entrance Hall and a stunning 34'x16' Sitting Room, with beams, Open Fire, and Unique Panelling from The Edwardian Ocean Liner The Mauritania. Wifi and Sky + Films TV.A large fully equipped kitchen with all the modern conveniences including a range cooker and dishwasher.

A Breakfast Area with a large table seating 10 people.

Downstairs Double bedroom with shower (opposite the loo and cloakroom) - a new addition by popular request by families with older members or those slightly disabled who find stairs difficult. Whilst not totally wheelchair friendly due to the old fashioned lay out of the downstairs lavatory, there is a ramp to the side door which would fit a narrow wheel chair so anyone unsteady on their feet who may need a bit of assistance would cope very well.

A downstairs cloakroom with washing machine, iron and ironing board as well as a WC and wash had basin.

• An Elegant Dining Room with Parkland Views, with 2 tables, one seating up to 12 and the other seating 6, providing total seating for 18 people.

1st Floor

•  Four Poster Bedroom King Sized 4 poster bed and antique maple and walnut suite, with an En suite luxury bathroom with double ended French bath and power shower.

• Super Kingsize Bedroom with Super King Sized Bed and en suite shower room.

•  Jacobean Bedroom Oak French Double Bed and antique oak arts and crafts suite.

• Edwardian Bedroom with antique wrought Iron DoubleBed and satin wood suite and a vanity basin.

• Family Bathroom with power shower, 6ft bath, double basin, bidet, WC.

2nd Floor

• Huge Family Bedroom with lovely views, a round super King Bed and 2 Divan guest beds – ideal for children sleeping

6 at least.

• Victorian Bedroom with King Sized Bed, antique maple and walnut suite, Cot bed. .

• Pretty Family Bathroom , with Scottish Antique Bath.
