Fondly known as 'Lynher' and 'Notter', the cottages are nestled against south east Cornwall's River Lynher and enjoy the benefits of patio doors opening onto a private rear garden and some river views. The fence panel separating the two cottages can be opened up to make it a shared garden - perfect for groups of friends, couples and dog owners alike. BBQs* in the summer make this a great spot for enjoying those long summer evenings together.
The open plan lounge also offers a good quality sofa bed*, if extra capacity is required. The twin bedroom can be made into a bunkroom, allowing ample room for a full sized cot or additional childbed. A cot, high chair and Stair gates can be supplied free of charge.
The property fronts our private drive and boasts ample level parking (please note that the property is situated near to a road bridge).
