Our six cottages were converted from fine old stone farm barns and cow sheds. They range in size from smaller single-storey two bedroom cottages (Wren, Swallow, Kingfisher - ideal for 1 or 2 couples or young families) to larger family-sized 3 bedroom properties (Gull, Heron, Puffin - great for bigger groups or those who just want a more space). Gull cottage, with an expanding table which seats up to 12, is often booked along with another cottage by two families or for special occasions. Stairgates, Cots, Highchairs and Bedguards are available on request.
All properties have fully equipped kitchens with integrated electric fan oven and hob, a dishwasher and microwave, freeview tv, dvd and hi-fi, full bed linen, duvets (please bring cot linen), towels and tea-towels, shower over bath. Heating via electric convectors and panel heaters is included. Cottages share a laundry with washer and tumble drier and a library of dvds, games, local information, maps and walking guides. Each cottage has a garden with bbq patio.
Dogs are welcome in Kingfisher and Wren cottages. The cottages are cosily heated ready for your arrival in the colder months.
