Welcome to Rocklea Villa
The cottage can comfortably sleep up to 8 people, in 3 double rooms and 1 twin room. The house is electrically heated throughout, with a cosy peat burning fire in the living room.
The fully fitted kitchen includes fridge, hob and oven, kettle, toaster and all necessary cooking utensils and crockery. For laundry purposes, there is a washing machine, outdoor clothes line and indoor clothes airer. An iron and ironing board are provided.
There is both a 2 seater and 3 seater sofa in the livingroom. A tv is provided on which you can watch both Freesat & dvds - you'll find a selection on the shelves - alongside a wide range of books if you prefer.
The bathroom on the first floor has a bath with over bath shower, heated towel rail and illuminated mirror. Towels are supplied.
Each of the four bedrooms on the first and second floor contains a chest of drawers for storage. All beds will be fully made up and ready for you on your arrival.
There is an extensive back garden, which you are welcome to use. This is a great place for you to enjoy a coffee/glass of wine during our long summer evenings, or to watch the merry dancers (northern lights) in the winter. There is parking for 2 cars.
