Welcome to our self catering old fisherman's cottage in Aberdeenshire
Pennan is world famous for the film "Local Hero" with Burt Lancaster. Pennan is a little piece of heaven, nestled below cliffs with the sea in front.
Rockpool cottage is a newly renovated fishermens cottage. It has a log burning stove in the lounge, with a dinning area in the corner. A separate kitchen area, with all modern appliances. Fridge, ceramic hob (4 rings), electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster etc. The washing machine and tumble dryer are in the utility shed just at the side of the cottage.
The cottage has a downstairs cloakroom with WC and wash basin, double en-suite bedroom with bath and shower, an attic room with twin beds. There is a wash hand basin in this room as well. There is a seating area outside to have your glass of wine and watch the sun go down over the sea on an evening.
Well behaved dogs can be accommodated in the outside secure/lockable run with kennel (large shed) at rear of property. Regret, no pets allowed inside the property.
