Located in a pleasant residential area, Rowlands is just 5 minutes walk from the Spey Valley golf course and 15 minutes walk from the village centre. We are pleased to accept dogs, the surrounding countryside has plenty to offer for dogwalking too! Rowlands has an extensive garden and parking for 3 cars. We offer free wireless broadband and incoming calls to guests, and we have Freesat TV and dvd players in the living room and all bedrooms. In summer 2011, we converted the loft space to provide 2 bedrooms and 1 additional bathroom as well as completely redesigning the downstairs space to provide a contemporary open plan living area and kitchen (with all the appliances you would expect). We have 2 bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs too. The sleeping accommodation can be flexible as one of the bedrooms can be either a kingsize or twin bed room, in addition to the master king size room, twin room, and full size bunk room. We also provide a small shed for storage of your outdoor equipment such as mountain bikes and golf clubs
Aviemore is in the centre of Scotland’s great outdoors - dominated by the wild Cairngorm mountains and surrounded by rivers, lochs and Caledonian forest, Aviemore is the ideal base for year round activities and offers walking, mountain biking, winter sports, golf, fishing and climbing. Aviemore offers some great venues for eating and drinking and has excellent road, rail and air links from just about anywhere in the UK! So it’s also an excellent base for touring the spectacular scenery of the Highlands by car or motorbike
