Times are a-changing and in deference to the recession we have changed our accommodation options. The top floor is now our guest floor. The main accommodation comprises a very spacious en-suite bedroom sleeping up to six people, with self-catering facilities (mini-fridge, microwave) if preferred to our own continental breakfast. There is an additional bedroom which can sleep a further three people if required by large groups. The main en-suite room is €85 per night. We can provide you with a food-pack for your own breakfast at €3 per person, or provide you with a sit-down continental breakfast in our dining room for €8 per person. The subsidiary bedroom (available for large groups) is €50 per night with breakfast options as above.
We can also provide you with lunch at €15 per person, including soup, sandwiches and beverages, and dinner at €20 per person including main course, starter or sweet, drinks and beverages.
We are not a conventional B&B, but a rural equestrian centre. So you will be surrounded by wonderful countryside and paddocks of horses when you stay with us (as well as our very friendly terriers and cat). We would love to explain how horses experience the world and help you to improve your horse-riding, or even give you the confidence to get up on a horse for the first time. We specialise in horse-riding holidays, pony camps, lessons and treks from one hour to all day.
If horses are not for you, then there are wonderful hill-walking, fishing and golfing opportunities nearby. Slightly further afield you can experience typical Irish pastimes like traditional music sessions, exploring ancient castles, or shopping til you drop!
