Welcome to West Barn, East Byre and South Byre, Salutation Yard
The cottages are located in Skelton, a traditional Eden Valley village with lovely doorstep walks, superb cycling and a friendly pub serving food. It is an ideal location from which to explore the nearby Lake District, being just 10.5 miles from the shore of Lake Ullswater and 16 miles from Keswick.
East Byre welcomes 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. The ground floor has level 2 mobility rating. West Barn has 3 bedrooms for 6 guests, at least 2 of whom would be children. Pets accepted. South Byre sleeps 4 guests in ground floor accommodation. It can be booked for a single night.
The cottages are available for short breaks, Friday to Monday and Monday to Friday for much of the year. At certain peak times, only full weeks, Friday to Friday are bookable. They all feature:
- ground floor open plan kitchen/dining/living room, bedroom and shower room
- oven/ hob/extractor, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, bread machine, food processor, laundry facilities and free Wi-Fi
- cosy living area with TV/dvd, cd/I pod dock, board games and inset electric fire
- comfortable bedrooms with duvets, crisp white bed linen and TV
- contemporary bathrooms; fluffy white towels supplied
- parking space, patio table/chairs, secure storage for outdoor equipment
