Welcome to our Self Catering Apartment Costa Blanca Spain
San Esteban is in a nice complex of Spanish style apartments surrounding a large garden with plenty of grassed areas and a pool with shallow children’s section.
The apartment is on the ground floor and faces south with a full width terrace. There is a double and a twin bedroom each with a built in wardrobe, bedside tables, a dressing table with large mirror and ceiling fan. The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, washbasin and WC. The kitchen features a hob and oven, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There is ample hot water provided by an instant gas fired boiler and gas central heating throughout for the winter months. In the lounge is a circular dining table with chairs, coffee tables and a two seater and a three seater settee. The lounge has a floor standing fan. The 28inch colour television receives English television channels including bbc, itv, channels 4 and 5, and bbc radio. There is also a dvd player (DVD's can be hired locally) and a music centre for CD's, cassettes and local English radio stations.
On the terrace is a table and chairs, sun loungers and a portable barbecue. There is an allocated parking space in the underground car park. There are restaurants and a supermarket within a short walk of the apartment.
Families only. No unrelated singles groups.
Our Location
Located in the town of Javea on the Costa Blanca, Spain. Only 300 metres to local pebble beach, 300 metres to supermarket and restaurants, 800 metres to Port Area shops and restaurants and1800 metres to sandy beach (El Arenal).
