Welcome to our Holiday Cottage in Suffolk
Our two bedroom period cottage is a stylish retreat for couples or a family who would appreciate a central seaside location.
On the ground floor there is a dining room with an original open fire (not in use) which leads into a stylish living room with wood burning stove and this leads to a large kitchen with large glass patio doors leading out to a small decked patio.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms , an ensuite and bathroom. Bedroom 1 is a stylish room with a king-size handmade oak bed made by a local craftsman and has an ensuite shower room.
Bedroom 2 is a twin bedroom. The bathroom has a deep free-standing Victoria and Albert claw-foot bath, w.c. and hand basin, original floorboards and lovely painted wall panelling.
Outside: The patio doors in the kitchen lead out to a small enclosed patio, nestled in the gap between neighbouring cottages, with a small table and chairs to seat two people. (The next door neighbour has a right of access over the patio although this is rarely used.)
There's a utility room out here which houses the gas central heating boiler and a washing machine. On-road parking usually available in nearby side streets.
