It is a nice villa with two independent apartments on ground and first floor and a private garden around organized with a veranda, social areas, and a barbecue to enlarge the living space, making outdoors eating and drinking comfortable and enjoyable. Each appartment has 3 bedrooms, one of which with double bed, one bathroom with shower, a living room, and an equipped kitchen, and can host 2-6 person. The interiors are in traditional sardinian style, with some original furniture, chests, typical curtains and bedcovers, asphodel baskets produced in the nearby villages, creating a welcoming and warm atmosphere.
Parking can be easily found along the public street in front of the villa. The villa is ideal for those seeking tranquility, at walking distance (only 100 m) from the beautiful beach of Bosa Marina, as well as from the mediterranean seaside promenade, where you will find typical restaurants, cafes and shops facing the sea.
