The apartment offers exclusive residence for two guests (a third guest may be accommodated if the sofa bed is used) above this ancient, privately run, New Forest Pub: winners of Marston's Southern Food Pub of the Year, in a tranquil New Forest village close to Lymington.
The newly renovated apartment is light, fresh and airy, comprising a spacious sitting room with dining area, a beautiful bathroom with roll top bath and walk-in shower and basin, a seperate wc, a fully equi[[ed kitchen and a bedroom with original beams, lovely new Victorian style bedstead dressed in white egyptian cotton and beautiful furniture throughout. There are flatscreen TVs with freeview in both the bedroom and the living room.
There are pretty gardens and a covered patio is situated near the entrance to the apartment.Large car park and secure overnight parking can be arranged. Lunch and/or dinner available-reservation recommended.
