The apartment offers exclusive residence for two guests (third guest may be accommodated if the sofa bed is used) above this ancient, privately run New Forest Pub: winners of Marston's Southern Food Pub of the Year, in a tranquil New Forest village close to Lymington.
The newly renovated apartment is light, fresh and airy, comprising a spacious sitting room with dining area, a beautiful bathroom with roll top bath and walk-in shower, a kitchen and a bedroom with exposed beams, lovely new metal bedstead and beautiful furniture throughout. There are flatscreen TVs with freeview in the bedroom and living room.
There are pretty gardens and a covered patio is situated near the entrance to the apartment.
Large car park and secure overnight parking can be arranged. Lunch and/or dinner available-reservation recommended.
