Welcome to our Holiday Cottage in France
Our cottage has a well equipped kitchen, lounge with 2 sofas, large screen TV with UK satellite channels.
Two bedroom, one with double bed and one with twin beds. Sofabed in the lounge, two shower rooms and utility - washing machine, wc and basin.
Ourtiside there private heated pool of 8m x 4m with walled terrace and gazebo with table and chairs. Parasol. There is a fabulous wooden sun deck of 5m x 6m with 4 sunbeds and views over the vineyards towards the Canal du Midi.
Enter the property through double gates into the drive. The cottage is stone built and very pretty with dark red shutters and a window box on the first floor.
You enter the house into the main living area which consists of a kitchen, dining and lounge areas.
The kitchen area has all amentities, oven with hobs, fridge, microwave, kettle, etc.
Dining area with table and 6 chairs and a great dresser which houses a selection of games etc.
Attractively decorated lounge area with seating on 2 sofas and a large flat screen TV which has UK satellite channels. Doors to courtyard.
Shower room with basin, wc and washing machine.
Stairs lead to the first floor where there is a smart spacious bedroom with double bed, good storage space, a fan and a tiny balcony.
There is also a twin bedroom, very pretty, with 2 single beds, a dressing table and good storage. Window and fan.
Shower room with large shower, basin and WC.
There are 2 adult and 1 childs bike available for guests to use.
