Welcome to our Self catering Villas on the Island of Kos, Greece.
White houses with an architecture of the greek islands, on a level, each have a wonderful view allover the islands of Kalymnos and Pserimos.The sandy beach is at 300 m.
The Villas are very confortable and are well supplied to welcome 4 persons for families with children easely. From May till October, you are allowed to use the swimming pools of the hotels nearby.
The living room has a french window opening on the terrace with seaview and sunset; a dining-area, a kitchenette equiped with an electric cooker with oven, a fridge with a freezer, coffee maker, a toaster and a dishwasher ; in the part of the sitting room, there are 2 sofas and a wardrobe. Radio-CD. The bedroom with a doublebed and a private showerroom and WC has the seaview.The bedroom with twin beds has the hillview.
The seperate bathroom/WC is equiped with a hair-dryer fixed on the wall.
The construction built in the year 2003 has good quality : full isolated, double window-panes . The air condition is not necessary; funs are at your disposal in case of hot days. During winter and for-season if necessary all the rooms are equiped with an individual electric heating. The water is heated by sun energy and electricity if necessary.
Towels are provided on every 2 days and sheets once the week..
Towels for the beach are not provided. Possibility of using our laundry (free).
For the babies, babycots are available.
Cleaning service for the departure day is on request : about 30€.
The terrace is covered by a pergola and equiped with a table , garden chairs and deckchairs. A barbecue is also provided .
A special area to park a car is situated behind each house .Pets are not allowed.
Each house has a name of the greek Mythology (Phaeton, Prometheus, Princess Europe, Calypso and Nausicaa), and a cultural booklet about each , has been realised.
There is also a booklet with suggestions of itineraries to do on the island and also on the other islands around.
