Welcome to Shelley Street Apartment
Shelley Street is a quiet, residential location, with available on road parking. It is ideally situated for the town centre, marina and waterfront. There is a large, private garden to use, shared with the Garden Apartment. There is garden seating provided.
The property comprises of a ground floor and first floor apartment, both owned by us. Both properties are available for short lets and sleep 4 people. If a larger group needs to be accommodated, both properties can be rented. Each property is entirely self contained, with it's own front door.
The property comprises of a double and single bedroom, bathroom, living room with single futon to accommodate another guest. There is a separate kitchen, well equipped and comprising washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave and full sized electric cooker. There is a dining area for four.
The property is well furnished and newly decorated, it has a dvd player, music system, tv and Broadband, for which there is no charge. Linen and towels are provided.
If anything is needed, we do our best to provide it and to help our guests in any way.
We can advise on outings and days out, things to do and good restaurants and pubs to visit.
