Rural but not isolated. You do need your own transport.
Less than ten minutes drive inland from Berwick on Tweed.
Very handy location if driving up or down the A1 as we just 5 easy miles away.
Perfectly located for visiting the Scottish Borders, North Northumberland and East Lothian.
Trains from Berwick to Edinburgh (35mins) Newcastle (50mins)
Less than an hour to Edinburgh by car and under an hour and a half to Newcastle upon Tyne by car.

If you are driving to the north of Scotland from the South of England using the A1 we are ideal for breaking your journey overnight.

Plenty of car parking in the farmyard. Animals kept on the premises.

We are a homely venue (can't stress that enough).

Guests share one bathroom.
There is a shower downstairs which you are also welcome to use.
