Talehay is situated a mile from the village of pelynt 3 miles from the fishing villages of Looe and Polperro & the beautiful Fowey estuary, Cornwall. Amidst delightful unspoilt open countryside and approached down a quiet lane. The magnificent Cornish coastline with its secluded sandy coves and breathtaking views are only 3 miles away.
The ancient port of Looe has a large sandy beach bordered by a promenade and distinctive banjo shaped pier. The hub of the town is the busy working harbour with fish landed and sold on the market daily. There is a good selection of pubs, restaurants, cafes, shops and banks.
