Large lounge with log burning stove & veiw up the garden with access to the south facing patio,  two double bedrooms with there own bathrooms one with a bath and one with a shower.
Ideally situated Duns town is 3 miles away where you will find all that you need in the way of shops, pubs, cafes and restaurant also a short drive from the many fine country houses and gardens, castles and beaches, whatever you are looking for there is something in any direction only fourty miles from Edinburgh you can visit the city and return to the countryside to relax.
We are a short drive away from the stunning Northumbrian Coast and an hours drive to Alnwick Castle and gardens.
