Rural cottage, with magnificent views over wooded rolling hillsides and a patchwork of well tended fields dotted with small manor houses - a short drive away from Bala Lake. Set on a hillside above the River Dee in the beautiful Vale of Ederynion, the eastern gateway to Snowdonia National Park, this little cottage, modestly but comfortably furnished, has been converted from an ancient barn and the galleried bedroom is reached via a spiral staircase from the sitting/dining room.

Interesting and characterful features include exposed beams, high sloping ceilings, skylight windows and handsome exposed window lintel beams.
French doors open onto a long front veranda - perfect for relaxing on and enjoying the glorious scenery of this peaceful, quiet valley.

Grounds garden area adjacent to cottage with grass covered banks and shrubs; covered sitting area on veranda with magnificent views over the Dee Valley and owner’s field .
