Welcome to our choice of two beautifully converted cottages.

The Cart Lodge is a converted farm building offering around 2000 sq ft of space - slleps 11

The accommodation offers a large downstairs family bedroom (double and single beds) with en suite shower room all with full wheelchair access. On the ground floor there is also a large entrance hall, a large utility room, kitchen, dining room and the large lounge.

On the first floor there are two twin rooms, one double room with en suite and a large gallery with sofa bed. The views over the marshes and Colne / Blackwater estuaries are excellent from the gallery.  There is a sofa bed in the gallery if required.

Stable Cottage is a converted farm building offering around 750 sq ft of space - sleeps 7

The accommodation offers a large lounge/kitchen/diner with patio doors onto the private patio / garden area with views across open fields to the sea beyond.  There is a double room with en suite shower and a twin room with en suite shower. A fold out bed is available if required for an extra guest plus a double sofa bed in the lounge.

Both cottages are a short drive from St. Osyth village with all amenities.
