The Chequers has been licensed to serve fine ales stout wines and spirits since early 1800s. The rooms are bright spacious and pleasantly furnished to ensure your stay is a comfortable one. Please note that although one of our rooms have a disabled access to the room our disabled facilities are in barrestaurant areas only.
