Originally a gamekeeper's home, this fairy tale cottage is totally secluded with stunning views over the sssi erme estuary. Its garden blends seamlessly into the surrounding woodland and the beaches at Mothecombe can be reached on foot along the private drives or just 5 minutes by car. Deceptively larger than it looks, Nepeans accommodates 8 in four bedrooms and has an open plan dining/sitting room with an open fire and an additional smaller sitting room.

Other cottages on the estate range from a superb large luxury house to charming cottages perched above Coastguards beach with spectacular views.  All properties are furnished to a high standard and are very well equipped including Wifi plus bbq and garden furniture for lazy summer days and log fires for winter cosiness.  Dogs are welcome in most properties.
