The Holiday Apartment is a clean, modern, self-contained apartment peacefully located just three minutes' walk away from the stunning beach at Sandyhills.
The holiday apartment is ideally suited to couples and small families. With one double bedroom, and a sofa-bed in the living area, the apartment comfortably sleeps four guests.
The apartment is situated to the rear of the main St Ninians house. It has its own enclosed mature garden which in-turn over looks an oak wood.
With its oil central heating, autumn and winter nights are warm and cosy making this a great all year round holiday or retreat.
The price for the apartment is fully inclusive of all heating and electricity costs, all bed linen and towels are provided (please provide your own beach towels).

Description of accommodation
Large conservatory living and dining area which looks out on to the enclosed garden.
This leads on to the Galley kitchen with cooker, fridge with a small freezer compartment, and microwave. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you will need for your stay.
Good-sized bathroom with a large roll top bath and shower over.
The bedroom has a double bed, with views of the Oak wood.
All bed linen is provided, along with tea towels, washing up and cleaning materials.

Private drive to the Holiday Apartment with parking for two cars.
The private garden is well stocked with mature trees and is very peaceful. The garden is fully enclosed for children to play in safety.
