The Granary Self catering cottage Northamptonshire, Long Buckby holiday cottage

The Granary is a two bedroom cottage sleeping five. It provides two storey accommodation and was converted, as the name suggests, from the original farm granary. It is a beautiful cottage with original exposed beams and sandstone walls two feet thick!

The en-suite master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has three full sized single beds, two of which are set up as bunks. Downstairs there is a large seperate wetroom providing level access for ease of entry. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen and oil fired central heating along with a large lounge and dining area. There is a patio at the rear of the property, which is perfect for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening or having a barbecue on warm summer days. A cot is provided for parents with young children along with a high chair and stair gate. A sofa bed can also be arranged in the living room to provide temporary overnight facilities for friends or family.

The cottage is at the heart of our farm and there is always something to see or do. There is a large childrens play area at the front of the cottage and we also provide guided tours of the farm if requested. We also offer free private fishing to our guests in our own lakes which are set in the farm nature reserve.
