Welcome to our Self Catering Lodges in the Highlands
The Great Glen Lodges are set in a spectacular scenic location within the Great Glen and Lochaber, the centre for outdoor activities in the United Kingdom.
We have 5 south facing full timber log lodges, situtated along the loch front, all offer superb panoramic views of Loch Lochy and the mountains beyond. We offer high quaility self-catering accommodation, are very pet friendly at £20:00 per dog per week. All we ask is that your pet is kept on a lead whilst on site and in the vacinity of the farm and not left in the lodge unattended unless he/she is happy and secure in your own personal Pet Cage.
On Site Purpose Built Loch Side Access, a minutes walk from the lodges. Canoe and Free Fishing Access on the Shores of Loch Lochy.
Thistle Lodge is our "Executive" 2 storey 4 Berth, ground floor comprises of a fully glazed entrance porch, Bath room with Power Shower over Bath, Front Room with 32" Flat Screen TV with Sky, dvd player, Mini Hi Fi, full sized well equipped Kitchen with Electric Oven, Fridge & 4 Drawer Freezer, Micro Wave, Bread Maker, Coffee Machine Dish Washer and Washing Machine. Leading from the Front Room is a fully glazed Observatory/Dining area overlooking Loch Lochy and Mountains. Upstairs comprises of one spacious Double Bedroom with wall mounted Hair Dryer, one spacious Twin Bedroom with tv/dvd player with a Walk in Wardrobe. Thistle Lodge has full electric Optimizer Energy Plus Central Heating System, 60% Energy Efficient. Electric by Meter Reading
A decking area with Out Side Seating and BBQ with stunning views of the Loch and mountains There is also a storage area for bikes and larger items ajoined to the lodge
Heather & Bramble lodge are our quality 4 Berth lodges that are constructed on one level with an Open Plan well equipped Kitchen, Dining and cosy Living Area, Satalite tv, dvd, c/D Player. To the rear is the Bathroom with Power Shower over Bath and one Double Bedroom and one Twin Bedroom sleeping upto 4 persons.On the front of each lodge is a sheltered decked veranda and out-side seating area allowing you to sit outside to soak up the magnificent views of the surounding mountains and Loch. There is an outside storage bunker with BBQ. All of our lodges have uninterupted loch views. Heather & Bramble Lodges are all electric. Electricity by meter reading.
Bracken & Rowan Lodge are our 6th Berth lodges and are constructed on 2 levels. Downstairs is the Open Plan cosy Living Room and Dining Area with Wall Mounted Satalite TV/dvd, cd Player, to the rear is a well equipped Kitchen with Oven/Grill, Micro Wave, Fridge with Freezer Compartment and a Double Bedroom and next door is the Bathroom with Power Shower over ath. Upstairs is a further spacious Double Bedroom and a spacious Open Plan Twin Bedroom leading to an upstairs Balcony. On the front of each lodge is a sheltered decked veranda, allowing you to sit out side and soak up the magnificent views and an outs-side bunker with BBQ. In total they sleep upto 6 persons. Bracken & Rowan Lodge are all electric. Electricity by meter reading.
Cot/Cot Bedding & High Chairs are available in each of the lodges, on request at £20:00 per week.
All beds are made up for guests arrival and each guest is supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel.
We meet all of our guests on arrival offering a "Warm Highland Welcome" and escort your to your lodge. We show you how everything works and tell you about some of the things that are available to enjoy during your holiday.
We live on site and are here to ensure that you have an enjoyable stay with us.
Please Note: When the 2-4 berth lodges are reserved, a 6 berth lodge may be discounted down to the same tariff as a 2-4 berth for up to 2 - 4 Persons.
