Welcome to our Holiday Cottage in North Berwick

Our Accommodation is a beautiful stone built house with views of the Craigleith Island from the dining room. There is a spacious sitting room, dining room is positioned in the conservatory and well equipped kitchen. There is a lovely family bathoom with bath and w/c and wash hand basin,  an en-suite shower room off the master bedroom
and ground foor w/c.

There are three bedroom, a double bedroom overlooking the water with ensuite shower room, a twin bedroom with two single beds and a single bedroom with a single bed plus a roll away single bed. The property sleeps 5, however on request the roll away bed can be made up.

Outside there is a private landscaped garden has a patio area and secluded bbq area with table and chairs for outside dining! There is a rotary washing line in the garden.
