Welcome to our Holiday House in South Devon
Our accommodation is a spacious terraced house set over three floors. It offers a living room with feature fireplace, a fully equipped kicthen with a separate utility area and a dining area with a dining table with seating.
There are five bedrooms in total:
Bedroom one with en-suite and a double bed.
Bedroom two en-suite furnished with twin beds and a fitted wardrobe. En-suite consists of a wc, bath with shower over, and a wash basin.
Bedroom three offers twin beds and overlooks the courtyard.
Bedroom four has a double bed.
Bedroom five has a single bed and benefits from Church views.
The main family bathroom consists of a wc, corner whirlpool bath and a wash basin.
Outside there is allocated off-street parking for two cars just two minutes walk away.
Location
Our Holiday house is located in Exmouth within walking distance to the large sandy beach and town centre. Exmouth is not only a thriving traditional seaside town but also forms part of England's only Natural World Heritage Site, The Jurassic Coast, and has a truly stunning coastline. Activities nearby include watersports, the nature reserve and coastal walks plus Exmouth has a large selection of restaurants, shops and attractions to suit every taste.
