On entering through the large bespoke oak double doors you are into the main entrance hall with natural stone tiles and underfloor heating covering the whole ground floor. The oak stairs with its LED lighting between treads leads up to the stylish large and open planed lounge and kitchen with panoramic views, high vaulted ceilings, oak beams and wide oak floorboards. The luxury kitchen will be fully equipped with high quality miele appliances and quartz worktops. Whilst large comfortable leather sofas surround modern burner with 42' plasma tv, dvd and sky. Large glass Bi fold doors open out to patio and private garden. Perfect for watching the sun go down with a glass of wine.....

Three large well appointed bedrooms two on the ground floor both with en-suite bathrooms and wet rooms Master bedroom has king size bed and patio doors which open out to sun terrace and seating area. Second bedroom has twin beds. Third bedroom is upstairs with king size bed next to family size bathroom with wc, bath and separate shower tiled in travertine. The owners James and Caroline also have a working beef and sheep farm next door so there are plenty of things to see. The village of Marhamchurch with Pub/restaurant, is only 2 1/4 miles away and Bude is 4 miles.
