Welcome to our Self catering Apartments and rooms in Le Marche, Italy
Our self-catering apartments are set in 2.5 acres of gardens with hammocks to laze in, a 5.5 m pool to take a dip in & outdoor games to play. Also available are well furnished ensuite bedrooms each with an outside terrace area complete with garden furniture.
Your beautiful two bedroomed, well appointed self-catering apartment is situated upstairs in our 17th century farmhouse & sleeps from 1 to 6 guests. Lovingly restored in a charming rustic manor, cotto tiles, wooden beams & shutters, compliment the modern comforts of central heating & double glazing. We provide everything to make your stay a perfect one.
With your own private entrance via the covered loggia & an area for dining & relaxing outside, you enter the living room with comfy armchair & large double sofa bed, satellite tv, dvd, cd player & plenty of games & books for your entertainment.
The separate fully-equipped kitchen has an electric oven, four burner gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave,
toaster, kettle, cafetierre, plenty of glassware, crockery & cooking utensiles & a dining area.
There is a washing machine next door, with airer, iron & ironing board & a weekly use is included. If you require more than one wash a week, a small charge will be made of any additional use. For stays of more than 7 nights, towels & linen are changed at the end of your first week.
Your romantic master bedroom with comfy double bed & luxury bedding has views over Montefalcone & wooden beams & shutters for a peaceful nights sleep.
The second bedroom has a single bed & a sofa bed, ideal for the children.
Also included is a welcome pack to get your holiday underway, including a bottle of delicious wine waiting for you on arrival!
We grow many beautiful herbs and vegetables in the garden which are available for you to use during your stay at The Hideaway.
Outside our large garden provides areas for relaxing, reading & BBQing or swimming in the pool (May - September). There is a terrace for dining, gazebo area with wi-fi & a table tennis table & outdoor games for your use.
We live in the house next door & can be reached easily if you need any help or advice .
Our Le Marche, Italy Location
Our Hideaway is ideally situated for exploring our stunning Le Marche Region. It is located in a quiet valley in Villa Conti, a peaceful little village between Amandola (6 miles) & Comunanza (2 miles) in Le Marche. Our nearby town of Amandola has a beautifully porticoed main square where you can sit outside one of the cafes & enjoy a coffee before wandering up through the old town's cobbled streets to view the stunning Monte Sibillini.
From rambling or skiing in the Sibillini Mountains to a trip to the beaches of the Adriatic Coast & everything in between. With picturesque hilltop towns & villages, opera, festivals to discover & museums & churches to visit. Nothing can be more beautiful, whatever the season, from the crisp snow in the winter to the Sibillini National Park with its carpet of Spring flowers. The sandy beaches of Grottammare & San Benedetto are inviting in the Summer & the Gola dell’Infernaccio makes a stunning Autumn ramble.
The Monti Sibillini National Park covers nearly 2 million acres with some of the highest mountains in the Appennines, (Monte Vettore being the highest at 2,476m). The park offers walks of all levels to some of the most delightful yet least discovered areas in the whole of Italy.
