A large L shaped lounge dinning room, comfortable leather seating, tv / Freeview and /DVD. Also a game console for the kids on wet days!
The lounge leads out to a patio with pergola and pretty private garden with water feature, area where you can bbq on summer evenings and have your breakfast if you require on summer mornings.
