"The Logs" affords tranquil self-catering accommodation of a high order for up to 10 persons. The accommodation consists of a spacious lounge with a gallery sitting room over, dining room with large table seating 10, and breakfast kitchen with all the facilities to make you feel at home. The house also has 6 bedrooms:
Downstairs:
1 double with en-suite shower room, toilet and basin
1 single with additional Gallery bed
1 double with a wash hand basin
1 double room which can be a twin room with a wash hand basin
Upstairs:
1 single room
large family room (en-suite)
There is also a bathroom with shower over bath and a cloakroom on the ground floor
The price is all inclusive of fuel, gas & electricity and logs for the wood burning stove. Linen and towels are also included.
At the foot of the large natural garden and patio area are the last remnants of the Old Caledonian Pine Forest existing in the area.
The area provides spectacular scenery and a wide range of outdoor activities including skiing, hill walking, rock climbing (also excellent indoor climbing walls and an ice wall at The Ice Factor), fishing, cross-country and mountain biking - The Logs provides 5 bikes and others can be hired locally. There are a wide range of boat trips and the chance to try underwater activities at The Under Water Centre. The Jacobite Steam Train journey from Fort William to Mallaig has yet again been voted the best train journey in the world. There are many historical castles and battlefield in the area and the beautiful beaches of the West Coast are within easy reach
