Welcome to our Holiday Cottage in Devon
Our accommodation is a stunning Grade 2 Listed cottage which is believed to be some 200 years old.
On thr ground floor there is a kitchen/dining room, a downstairs bathroom with contemporary bath with shower over. The whole of the ground floor has sandstone flooring.
On the first floor there is a sitting room - (off landing) with east and west river views. There is a Bedroom offering 2 child size bunks and vaulted ceiling.
Upstairs to the second floor where there is a double bedroom with river views framed by an arched Gothic window, en suite bathroom with bath, Roca WC and basin.
Outside there is a small walled courtyard with garden furniture, a barbeque and a small power (hot and cold) shower – ideal for washing wet suits and children.
