The Old Cottage is a characterful 15th century Grade ii listed building in the historical heart of the village of Eastling - which nestles in the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
We are only eight minutes from the Medieval Town and Old Port of Faversham: home of Shepherd Neame, Britain's oldest brewer founded in 1698; and the Faversham Hop Festival.
The village is perfect for walking, cycling and riding. If sightseeing is your passion we are ideally located to take advantage of all Kent has to offer. We are also a perfect "pit-stop" for trips to and from Europe.
Our village pub- The Carpenters Arms- is a minute's walk: offering an varied menu and a warm and friendly welcome from Mitch and Donna.
Close by are Faversham Golf Club; Belmont House & Gardens; Doddington Place Gardens and Brogdale Farm - home of The National Fruit Collection. And we are only 20 minutes drive from Canterbury Cathedral and Leeds Castle: "the loveliest castle in the world."
Whether on holiday; visiting friends & family, here on businessor just passing through..... We look forward to welcoming you.
