Our B&B is an 18th century treasure recently renovated to a very high standard. It is set in a truly peaceful location overlooking a gentle valley. There is a large comfortable lounge with inglenook fireplace and old beams is provided for you to relax. All the rooms have Flat screen TV's, en-suite bathrooms, wifi, digital radio with iPod socket and tea and coffee making facilities

Our B&B is set in the heart of the stunning Lincolnshire Wolds. The town of Grimsby is a short 5 miles and the historic market town of Louth is 10 miles away. An excellent choice of local pubs. Well placed for golf, country walks, the coast and horse racing.
