'The Old Granary' is on two levels. On the upper floor is an open plan lounge with dining/kitchen area. Retaining its original charm with attractive exposed brickwork and beamed ceiling, this provides a comfortable seating area. The kitchen is fitted with modern units and integrated appliances including electric fan oven, ceramic hob and fridge with freezer compartment. A washing machine is also provided.,
A comfortable double bedroom is located on the ground floor with views onto the garden. Modern, yet full of character, having exposed beamed ceiling and wooden floor, the light and airy bedroom is fitted to a very high standard and has adjacent fully tiled shower room.
Recreational interests in the area are well catered for, with the provision of many golf courses, fishing lakes and equestrian centres. The landscape is relatively flat which makes it very popular with walkers and cyclists of all abilities. A rural retreat in the tranquil setting of the Lincolnshire countryside.
