The St Mawes Hotel is a 9 bedroom hotel situated in the idyllic settings of St Mawes and the Roseland Peninsula. This quite little village ,reknowned for its location and sailing combines cornish charm with secluded beaches,and costal vistas that are simply breath taking . Located at the tip of the Roseland peninsula you are by no means cut off from civilisation ,but alternatively one can be if one wishes. The car can be abondoned to the car park ,with ferries operating all day to Falmouth ,Truro and St Anthony. The water taxi runs in the summer season ,and enables guests to speed of to a private beach or waterside restaurant ,of which there are plenty. Some of local activities available such as fishing trips ,kayacking ,windsurfing ,sailing ,coastal walkind and dolphin spotting are no further than a quick jaunt away. For those wishing to explore more of Cornwall we are within a 30 minute car drive of some of Cornwalls main attractions including The National Maratime Museum ,The Eden Project , The Lost Gardens of Heligan , Pendennis Castle and the famous surfing beaches ofNewquay. If this all sounds a bit hectic,why not mull it over with a cream tea or a glass of pimms and watch them at it from our balcony , theres always tomorrow !
