Ground Floor: Spacious well equipped kitchen, breakfast area. Dining room. Sitting room (seating for 6/7 + 2 bean bags), with French doors leading to private patio & south facing garden.
Twin or super king bedroom with & en-suite shower room & w.c. & separate under stairs w.c.
First Floor: Master bedroom with twin or super king bed with en-suite shower & w.c. Double bedroom. Twin bedded room. Family bathroom (with over bath shower). Laundry room with; washing, drying, and ironing facilities.
Garden: Enclosed secluded/private sunny south facing patio
Garden furniture, sun loungers, bbq (-charcoal at cost).
Also: satellite TV/dvd, electrics. & central heating included, towels, duvets with linen & bed made up prior to your arrival, tv & dvd, cd hi-fi with i-pod player, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, freezer, coffee percolator, radio alarms. Parking: is next to the front door!
Pets: Well-behaved dogs are very welcome, but we ask that they are kept off bed and furniture –your best friend normally likes his/her own bed! Your dog will love the endless beach, cliff top and heathland walks.
These are just a few ideas! More walks are available straight from your cottage, with very little roadwork
Walking: The heaths contain a network of paths, nature trails and fantastic views of the surrounding area.
Not what you imagine of Norfolk - hills and cliffs - but that is exactly what Weybourne has to offer. Norfolk's "mountains" make Weybourne a popular walking spot.
You have free use of our "The summer house" with hot tub & sauna - this facility is cloths optional as some prefer to use the tub & sauna as nature intended!

Welcome pack on arrival: tea bags, coffee, sugar, eggs, milk & orange juice. Washing up liquid and J cloths are also supplied.
All our properties are non-smoking.
Dogs are welcome by arrangement as we have two very friendly Terriers, called Pippa & Tango

The beach is only a 12 minute walk away.
The beach leads straight onto the cliffs which provide a scenic walk to the town of Sheringham. Or you can catch the Coast Hopper - a regular bus service - a great way to explore the rest of the coastline.
Holkham Beach
A great beach for all ages and requirements. From the youngest to the oldest, this beach is great—its huge, flat, safe and never too crowded. A section of this beach is also suitable for naturists
You can take the dog, fly a kite or swim in the shallow, warm water & go skinny dipping!
