The Tuck Inn B&B is a comfortable 1790 Colonial Inn located in the scenic seaside town of Rockport, ma - just one hour north of Boston, ma by car or train. We are found in a quiet residential neighborhood just one block from the village center with its' multitude of shops and art galleries, a dozen seafood restaurants, 3 beaches, and several attractions along with several coastal walks as well. We are also just 3 blocks from our local train staion to Boston, ma or Salem, MA.
Within the area, we are recognized for stressing hosptiable, comfortable year-round lodging along with our signature breakfasts - a hearty (all from scratch) home baked buffet which consists of 5 to 8 freshly baked items each morning plus home-made muesli, a fresh fruit platter, and a warm fruit compote along with a never-ending cup of hot coffee, tea or juices.
We have an ideal location within a 4 minute walk of the village center. and a 12 minute walk to the train staion. We also offer an inground pool (in season), and are a Non-Smoking and Non-Pet Inn.
Every room in the inn, has a private (en-suite) bath, C/c tv, a/C , and are generally decorated in antique or repro furnishings along with oriental rugs and original artwork by local artists.
The inn has a very relaxed - homey feel about it, and our guests feel treated like family (without the need to do the dishes).
The inn is rated by aaa with a 3 Diamond rating, and was selected to receive the Editor's Pick award by Yankee Magazine for their Travel Guide To New England, along with mutiple highly conmplimentary guest user reviews on Tripadvisor.com.
