Originally the staff quarters for the Old Trout Farm the property sits in the heart of the smallholding opposite the owner's accomodation. The small lake creates a magnifenct centrepiece and views of the lake can be enjoyed from the guest's private gazebo area. Guests are free to enjoy and make use of all the garden areas and help with any of the animals.

The apartment is accessed via steps and is situated on the first floor. The property sleeps 6 with two bedrooms, one double, one bunk bed room and a sofa bed in the lounge. There is a private garden area to the side with gas barbeque, picnic table and seating area.
