Welcome to our B&B in Central Cornwall
There are three bedrooms, one en suite double room, one en suite twin room and one double room with its own private bathroom. All bedrooms have courtesy trays, toiletries, towels, hair dryers and clock radios and are fully centrally heated should your visit fall during those chillier times. The rooms have superb views looking out across the rolling Cornish countryside.
Our location
Our B&B is located in Lanivet, a small village declared to be the very centre of Cornwall and is recognised by a stone in the grounds of the village church. The local village pub is just a ten minute stroll as is the mini market, post office and for those fish lovers a very very good licensed fish restaurant.
The village is located between the north and south coastlines of Cornwall making it ideally situated for day trips to all areas of Cornwall and parts of Devon and Dartmoor.
