Trenewydd Farmhouse - sleeps up to 8
Trenewydd Farmhouse sleeps up to 8 guests in three bedrooms with all new furniture including beds. There is a double room, a twin bedded room and a family room for four. It has an extremely large bathroom with a double shower, a double bath and heated towel rail. The spacious lounge has a Television with Freeview and a dvd player with DVDs, books and games to borrow. It has a very large, well equipped kitchen and dining area with French doors leading out to its own private lawned area complete with garden furniture. Trenewydd Farmhouse is extremely spacious and very comfortable.
Bwthyn Derw - Oak Cottage (Sleeps up to 9)
This is our largest cottage, which is arranged on two floors. A wooden open plan staircase leads up to three cottage character bedrooms. The large, very spacious double bedroom also contains a single bed. The two other smaller bedrooms each contain two single beds. All bedrooms are, of course, fully furnished with wardrobes, chests of drawers, etc. Also on this floor there is a separate toilet, wash hand basin and shower. On the ground floor is another double bedroom, ideal for those finding stairs a difficulty, or maybe just to escape the children! The large separate kitchen contains every amenity including washer-dryer, microwave oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer.
Bwthyn Onnen - Ash Cottage (Sleeps up to 4)
This cosy cottage all on one level is ideal for two to four people with two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. The wood beamed lounge/diner in this cottage also benefits from a sunny position and features french doors, which lead onto a patio area. The kitchen is again equipped to a very high standard including washer-dryer, microwave oven, fridge-freezer and a dishwasher.
Bwthyn Derw and Bwthyn Onnen can be opened up internally, thereby sleeping 13 guests in six bedrooms with three bathrooms. Ideal for large families or large groups of friends wishing to holiday together in one cottage. Many memorable celebrations have been held here!
Bwthyn Castan - Chestnut Cottage (Sleeps up to 5)
An ideal cottage for either a family, or just a couple of people. Enjoying a sunny position with french doors leading onto a patio area and lawns. All rooms are on the same level with a wood beamed lounge, spacious yet retaining that cosy cottage atmosphere.
The separate open plan dining area leads off the rear of the lounge with access to the fully equipped kitchen, including washer-dryer, microwave oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher. This cottage has two bedrooms, one double and the other containing a set of full size bunk beds and a single bed. Both bedrooms are, of course, fully furnished with wardrobes, chest of drawers, etc.
Ty Mawr - Grand House (Sleeps up to 5)
Ty Mawr- meaning ‘large house’ is affectionately referred to by regularly visiting children as ‘their upside down holiday cottage’! Three bedrooms and a bathroom occupy the ground floor with stairs leading to the spacious open-plan first floor. The bedrooms consist of one double, 1 with bunks and a single, all beautifully furnished with ‘Welsh Pine’, which is complimented by invitingly warm coloured bed linen and co-ordinating soft furnishings. The attractive bathroom has wash hand basin, toilet, bath with an electric shower over and a heated towel rail.
Situated on the second floor is a spacious living room with the kitchen leading off the dining area. An abundance of wooden beams and particularly attractive views over the farm, swimming pool and gardens are features of this part of Ty Mawr. The living room contains a cottage suite for six, occasional tables, and chairs all in cottage style dark oak with fully co-ordinating ‘Sanderson’ soft furnishings. Needless to say there is a large remote control colour television complete with dvd player and Freeview box.
The luxurious fitted kitchen contains everything expected of a modern kitchen including a washer/dryer, fridge-freezer, cooker, microwave oven and perhaps most important of all for your holiday a dishwasher! All in all Ty Mawr cottage will provide a family of 4-6 persons with a very comfortable stay.
Ty Canol - Middle Cottage (Sleeps 4)
Your dog is welcome to stay with you in this cottage. There are two bedrooms, a double room and a twin room.with a bathroom, oak beamed lounge and fully equipped kitchen. The cottage has its own lawned area and a 4 acre field for walking your dog.
Ty Twt - Cosy Cottage (Sleeps 2)
A very special romantic cottage for two with a beautifully draped, King-sized, 4-poster bed. Champagne, chocolates, roses or even a massage can be arranged to make your stay that extra bit special! The lounge has the original wooden beams complete with cottage suite giving a very cosy atmosphere. The cottage has its very own, private flower garden with sweet little summer house which also makes it very popular for families with small children, the bedroom comfortably takes an extra single bed if needed.
Swimming Pool:
The beautiful heated swimming pool of more than generous proportions is sunken into the landscaped gardens adjoining the farmhouse. It is surrounded by a natural stone wall to provide not only ideal swimming conditions but also the perfect suntrap. Weather permitting, this heated outdoor pool is available from May to September.
Play Area:
Carefully planned away from the cottages, but close enough to be safe, is a large children’s play area with swings and see-saw, with adjoining playing field and tucked away is a barbecue with picnic tables and equipment . What is nicer than children happily playing while the adults enjoy a peaceful barbecue with grilled steak and a bottle of wine! .The children (and Mums and Dads) are welcome to cuddle and feed the rabbits, guinea-pigs, chickens and bottle feed the baby lambs in the Spring. Yorkie and Galaxy our adorable shetland ponies love to be fed carrots and have their ears tickled
