Ground Floor
There is a wide entrance porch for kicking off muddy boots, which leads to an oak panelled hall into the spacious kitchen/dining room. Here the long dining table and chairs mean that you can spread out and enjoy meals together. There are easy chairs and a featured bread oven. The kitchen is very well equipped with fridge, microwave, electric ceramic hob and oven, washing machine, dishwasher and welsh dresser. The traditional farmhouse kitchen means that guests can sit and chat together with the cook and it is a great space to enjoy friends and family get togethers. There is a spacious comfortable sitting room with sofas, chairs, colour tv, sky, video and dvd and large cosy woodburner. The antique sideboard and settle add a luxury feel. There is a further cosy sitting room with an open fire and sofas, and an ajoining downstairs bathroom. This has a shower room with loo, shower and handbasin. The storeroom has a freezer and ironing facilities.

There is an attractive family bathroom with bath, handbasin and loo. There are two pretty twin bedded rooms. There is one large family bedroom with double bed, two single beds and an en-suite shower room. There is one double bedroom, with optional pull out twin single beds. The large family room has two sets of large bunk beds and en-suite shower room. All bedrooms have wardrobes and shelving for clothing, and there is origional artwork and photography throughout the house.
