Welcome to our Holiday Cottage in West Wales
Our cottage offers three Bedrooms sleeping 6 in 2 doubles and 1 twin all on 1st floor. there is also a travel cot on request.
On the 1st floor there is a bathroom with ‘claw foot’ freestanding bath, toilet and washbasin.
On the ground floor there is a shower room with shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin, free standing style modern kitchen with a breakfast table and chairs seating 4 and the original Victorian cooking range (not in use). There is also a pantry with fridge/freezer
Also on the ground floor there is a Dining/Family Room dining suite seating 6, Welsh dresser, 2 tub chairs, working fire and a Sitting Room with multi-fuel stove.
Garage (accessible from the house) with washing machine, tumble dryer, football game and barbecue.
Fuel oil central heating inclusive May – September, £25 per week outside these dates. Fuel for woodburning stove available to purchase locally (anthracite cobbles and logs)
Outside there is a small lawned front garden and small rear paved cottage garden on different levels with patio, and garden furniture. Tiny overgrown pond – care with small children please.
Parking driveway parking for 1 car, additional parking on roadside by cottage.
Winter Short Breaks available November to March (excludes Christmas & New Year weeks).
